PhD admissions at the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IIT Gandhinagar)

The registration process for the 2024 PhD admissions has begun. Interested and qualified applicants may submit their registration/application forms via the official website, iitgn.ac.in, in order to be considered for admissions. Notably, the IIT Gandhinagar offers PhD programmes in a wide range of fields, including materials engineering, physics, mathematics, chemistry, biological sciences and engineering, chemical engineering, earth sciences, earth system science, electrical engineering, humanities & social sciences and society & culture, and cognitive and brain sciences. It is important for applicants to understand that a written exam and interviews will be used to narrow down the pool of candidates for admission. Only those who are provisionally selected, though, will receive calls for the interview and written test.
